Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care and assistance to home care clients

• Follow care plans and adapt to individual requirements

• Exercise initiative in determining work methods

• Ensure client confidentiality and promote cultural respect

• Participate in collaborative healthcare efforts

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 education

• Health Care Aide Certificate with community training

• Experience in home care or with elderly clients

• Class 5 driver’s license and insured vehicle required

• Strong ability to think critically and work independently
