In this Health Care Aide position, you will collaborate with licensed nurses and the care team to provide holistic support to residents. Responsibilities include monitoring for changes in health status, participating in care planning, and ensuring resident safety at all times. Engage with residents by assisting in mobility and community activities, while providing a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care within your full scope of practice

• Observe and document changes in resident status

• Participate in the development of individualized care plans

• Assist residents in community interactions and functions

• Report any unsafe practices that could harm residents

Requirements:

• Health Care Aide program graduate with necessary training hours

• Experience in community health services with seniors

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification encouraged

• Ability to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
