Position: Virtual Emergency Services Coordinator Role

Join KO eHealth as the Virtual Emergency Services Lead in Balmertown, ON, overseeing essential healthcare communications and training for emergency services. Lead efforts to improve care delivery.

In this pivotal role, you'll manage the Virtual Emergency Support Program under the direction of the KO eHealth Director. Responsibilities include monitoring clinical activities, engaging healthcare professionals, and training them on necessary equipment. Effective community engagement and feedback integration are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate VES service delivery and connectivity

• Train health professionals on virtual emergency procedures

• Maintain communication with nursing stations and community health teams

• Schedule and document project partner meetings

• Assist in nursing access with OTN Hub

Requirements:

• Health-related degree or equivalent technical qualification

• Proven experience managing health projects

• Insight into Indigenous health care dynamics

• Excellent detail orientation and communication skills

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
