In this role, you’ll collaborate under the supervision of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists at Parkview Place. You will support client rehabilitation initiatives, executing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress. Varied weekday shifts allow for adaptability while ensuring impactful support for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out rehabilitation plans and assist with client assessments

• Monitor patient's recovery activities and progress reports

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

• Adjust work hours per departmental requirements

• Provide compassionate support to residents

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program or equivalent

• Possession of a current valid B.C. Driver’s License if required

• Ability to work on an as-needed casual basis

• Strong interpersonal skills for team communication

• Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitative care
