Take part in patient-centered care as a Part-Time Health Care Aide with Assisted Living Alberta. Support activities of daily living while working in a collaborative clinical environment.

In this integral role, you will provide personal assistance aligned with care plans, support nurses in their routine tasks, and engage in organized activities for patients. Your work will foster meaningful relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring communication and safety standards are met within care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care activities and daily living support

• Help nurses with nutrition, mobility, and recreation needs

• Engage in activities that promote patient wellbeing

• Communicate with families and caregivers within care facilities

• Ensure a safe environment for all patients and staff

Requirements:

• Active registration or practice permit with CLHA

• Health Care Aide Certificate completion within 18 months
