Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and document changes in residents’ conditions

• Support residents with daily living activities

• Ensure safe transfer and mobility practices

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal

• Graduation from an approved PSW Training Program

• Asset: experience in a facility environment

• Additional language skills desirable
