You'll also support the team across Oakville and Milton as necessary, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lab operations in Biochemistry and Hematology

• Work with automated equipment for efficient testing

• Collaborate with fellow staff for workflow management

• Provide coverage at designated lab sites when needed

• Uphold safety and quality control measures

Requirements:

• Current registration with the Ontario Medical Laboratory Technologists

• Recent core lab experience of 3-5 years

• Strong knowledge in laboratory testing procedures

• Positive communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to fulfill physical job requirements
