Lab Patient Technician at LifeLabs

This temporary part-time position at Life Labs involves essential tasks like greeting patients and managing specimen collection. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and explain specimen collection measures

• Perform phlebotomies and conduct ECG procedures

• Manage special test collections and documentation

• Foster strong client relationships and respond to requests

• Prepare specimens for transport and laboratory testing

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred

• Phlebotomy experience is an asset

• ECG training or related experience is preferred

• Good communication skills and computer proficiency

• Strong empathy towards patients and confidentiality awareness
