Position: Full-Time Rehabilitation Assistant Role

This permanent role requires you to be an active member of the patient care team, assisting with rehabilitation interventions assigned by therapists. You will promote education and safety, maintaining equipment and storage areas efficiently. Your contribution will support diverse patient needs within the Rehabilitation Services portfolio across various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support therapists in delivering patient rehabilitation care

• Organize and maintain therapeutic equipment and areas

• Conduct regular equipment checks and sanitation

• Facilitate educational sessions for patients and families

• Procure necessary supplies for treatments

Requirements:

• Must hold a Grade 12 diploma or GED

• Graduate from a Rehabilitation Assistant Program

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Strong organizational skills for managing caseload
