This in-person position seeks a Clinical Services Leader for Emergency Response Services (ERS), focusing on advanced levels of care in pre-hospital and transfer situations. You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers and community agencies while also mentoring team members and evaluating ERS initiatives. Prioritizing diverse populations, your leadership will enhance the quality of care delivered to all community members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical practices in emergency response scenarios

• Educate and mentor healthcare personnel effectively

• Coordinate with allied emergency service partners

• Implement operational goals for patient safety and integration

• Manage administrative duties across ERS functions

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a clinical healthcare setting

• Advanced Care Paramedic Certification (preferred)

• Active member of College of Paramedics of Manitoba

• Competence in Indigenous customs considered an asset

• Experience in working with diverse cultural backgrounds
