As an Advanced Care Paramedic with Emergency Health Services, you'll serve various areas including Fairview, Manning, and McLennan. This role emphasizes advanced life support therapies, patient assessment, and emergency transportation. You'll be responsible for leading an Advanced Life Support (ALS) crew and ensuring readiness of ambulances for emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess emergency scenes and evaluate patient conditions

• Transport patients via ambulances or alternative methods

• Administer medications and life support therapies

• Lead ALS crew members during patient transport

• Maintain readiness of emergency response vehicles

Requirements:

• Non-restricted ACOP registration as Advanced Care Paramedic

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support CPR certification

• Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator License with clean record

• F.A.R.E. test completion within the last six months

• Proof of relevant post-secondary education or training
