As a Health and Wellness Advisor, you will assess individual health needs and develop tailored wellness plans alongside health care professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed wellness assessments for clients

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in health sciences, nursing, or related field

• Experience in a health care or wellness environment

• Strong knowledge of community health resources in Canada
