Unlock community health potential with Southern Health-Santé Sud as a Healthy Living Facilitator in Winkler. This in-person role focuses on health promotion among diverse populations.
In this permanent position, you will play a vital role in community health development, promoting healthy living, and enhancing population health. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a health discipline. Your expertise in mental health promotion and understanding of diverse cultures will be assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate health promotion programs
• Engage diverse populations in community initiatives
• Collaborate with teams and work independently
• Promote culturally sensitive health practices
• Manage records with confidentiality
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in community health development
• Relevant post-secondary health degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Ability to travel to regional facilities
