Lead transformative wellbeing sessions with Oakleaf Enterprise across Waverley. This self-employed activity leader role is designed to support adults managing their mental health through engaging group activities.

This position offers an opportunity to work closely with Oakleaf, a respected local mental health charity.

Your role involves delivering a variety of activities such as creative wellness, exercise sessions, mindfulness workshops, and community engagement. Each activity aims to foster confidence, improve wellbeing, and promote social connections among participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate creative wellbeing activities for adults

• Deliver exercise and movement sessions regularly

• Conduct mindfulness and relaxation workshops

• Lead social connection and community engagement activities

• Oversee stress management and resilience programs

Requirements:

• Experience in mental health and emotional support

• Qualifications in wellbeing or related fields

• Ability to run sessions independently

• Public liability insurance required

• DBS check provided by Oakleaf Enterprise
