Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice Administrator
Location: North Interlake (Stonewall)

As the  RN Hospice Administrator , you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of our Hospice Division. This position offers a rare opportunity to  lead with purpose , influence strategy, and make a meaningful impact on patients, families, and caregivers every single day.

What You’ll Do

Provide  clinical, operational, and strategic leadership  for the Hospice Division

Lead and support  multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams

Drive growth while maintaining the  highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care

Build a culture of  accountability, collaboration, and compassion

Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations

Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success

Partner with executive leadership to  advance Advisa Care’s mission and vision

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience

Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices

Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills

Excellent time-management and organizational abilities

Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization
