This role focuses on delivering evidence-based rehabilitation services through comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment planning. Collaborate with therapy assistants and nursing staff to ensure integrated care paths for residents. Your capabilities in clinical reasoning and communication will support residents achieving independence through daily activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of physical and functional abilities

• Develop and implement individual rehabilitation plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents

• Document progress and ensure quality of care standards

• Facilitate education for residents and families on safety and exercises

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy is mandatory

• Active registration with the relevant physiotherapy authority

• Previous experience in supportive living or geriatric environments

• Excellent interpersonal skills to work in teams

• Proficient in point-of-care electronic documentation systems
