Support military families as a Family Peer Support Coordinator with National Defence. Help implement essential peer support programs tailored for operational stress injuries. This position targets individuals who will foster cooperative partnerships and educational strategies for military personnel and their families.
You will be at the forefront of providing peer support while developing effective recovery strategies tailored to those affected by operational stress injuries. Located across diverse regions in Canada, this chance is available for Canadian citizens and permanent residents abroad.

Key Responsibilities   Facilitate support programs specifically for military families
Develop and maintain partnerships with community and program stakeholders
Deliver impactful presentations to peers and program participants
Implement evidence‑based strategies for OSI management
Collaborate to achieve program goals effectively
Requirements   Secondary school diploma or employer‑approved alternative
Proven experience in group facilitation and community outreach
Lived experience with operational stress injuries in military settings
Bilingual in English and French is essential
Solid communication and collaboration abilities
