Position: Wellness Coach for School Mental Health
Location: Wainwright Region (Tofield)

Join East Central Alberta Catholic Separate School Division as a Wellness Coach, dedicated to enhancing the mental wellness of children and their families. This position serves schools in Stettler and Castor.

This part-time, fixed-term role spans from late August 2026 to late June 2027. You will implement universal mental wellness services and collaborate closely with the Family School Liaison Worker. Strong candidates will possess knowledge in mental health and community engagement, emphasizing student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify student mental wellness areas of improvement

• Facilitate and develop wellness programs for students

• Provide educational resources to families on mental health

• Organize engaging presentations on wellness topics

• Deliver short-term crisis management support

Requirements:

• Human Services degree required

• Familiarity with K-12 educational workflows

• Background in mental health and community outreach

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Self-motivated with a desire for professional growth
