As a Primary Care Paramedic, your primary focus will be to deliver effective, compassionate patient care within a collaborative team. You will navigate various emergency situations while ensuring compliance with Manitoba regulations and Shared Health protocols. Your expertise and ethical framework will be pivotal in enhancing the health perspective of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient care in emergency medicine settings

• Collaborate with community health agencies for patient integration

• Ensure safety of emergency equipment and vehicles

• Uphold ethical professionalism in all patient interactions

• Accurately document care processes and patient responses

Requirements:

• Certification from an accredited Primary Care Paramedic program

• Valid Manitoba College of Paramedics registration

• Required Class IV Manitoba driver’s license

• BLS, level C certification mandatory

• Experience working in multicultural settings preferred
