• Greet patients and provide clear specimen collection instructions

• Conduct phlebotomies and connect/disconnect holter monitors

• Manage special test collections and all necessary documentation

• Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries

• Process patient data and prepare specimens for testing

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program

• Experience in phlebotomy preferred

• ECG training advantageous

• Good computer skills with a typing speed of 40 wpm

• Strong patient care and empathy skills required
