The General Duty Radiation Therapist contributes to the Cancer Therapy Department at Cancer Care Manitoba, providing treatment and training in a collaborative environment. Under supervision, you will engage in patient treatments and simulations while supporting the education of students and residents. This temporary position requires availability from 0600 to 1800 on all operational days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical radiation therapy to cancer patients

• Participate in the instruction of students and residents

• Assist in patient simulations and treatments

• Collaborate with the Senior Radiation Therapist

• Adapt services based on clinical experience

Requirements:

• CAMRT registration required

• CPR – BLS Provider certification

• Proven satisfactory employment record

• Legal ability to work in Canada

• Recent experience in treatment and simulation preferred
