We are looking for dedicated Health Care Aides to support clients in our Red Deer community. You will play a vital role in enhancing clients' independence by providing personal care, assisting with mobility, and performing light exercises. This position offers various scheduling options, allowing you to manage both work and life effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance in client homes

• Support mobility and perform light exercise with clients

• Monitor and report changes in clients' health to supervisors

• Execute light housekeeping tasks as needed

• Foster communication with clients and their families

Requirements:

• Current License in good standing with CLHA

• Recent Criminal Record Check (within 6 months)

• Negative TB test proof required

• Valid driver’s license and accessible vehicle

• Reliability and strong organizational skills
