As a vital member of Shared Health, you will provide advanced clinical care in pre-hospital and inter-facility transports.

Your role includes mentorship to colleagues, operational planning, and leadership in specialized incident responses. Collaborate with health providers and other agencies, ensuring accessible and integrated patient services for all populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to EMS personnel

• Collaborate with health care providers and community agencies

• Administer day-to-day operations and ensure system capacity

• Participate in clinical planning and patient care evaluations

• Lead and implement educational programs and initiatives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Paramedic experience required

• Advanced Care Paramedic program graduation necessary

• Experience in operational directives and service integration

• Valid licensure and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS

• Ability to navigate diverse cultural landscapes
