Position: Full-Time Health Information Management Leader
Location: Timiskaming North (Iroquois Falls A)

Be a pivotal leader in Health Information Management at Timmins and District Hospital. This full-time role emphasizes patient registration, quality improvement, and digital health initiatives.

As the Health Information Management Leader, you will manage daily operations, ensure data quality, and implement successful patient registration strategies. Your leadership will drive initiatives supporting both patients and healthcare professionals, aiming for excellence and compliance in all areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations in Patient Registration and Virtual Care

• Drive data governance and privacy standards

• Report on performance metrics and key achievements

• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement

• Collaborate closely with clinical teams to enhance patient flow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant diploma in Health Information Management

• Must hold active membership in the Canadian Health Information Management Association

• Experience in customer service and health information systems

• Knowledge of coding standards within healthcare

• Bilingual skills in French and English advantageous
