As a BCBA, you will mainly work with children facing autism and support their development through individualized programming. Build lasting relationships with families and collaborate seamlessly with other professionals in the field, fostering an environment for continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop behavior intervention plans and conduct assessments

• Guide and mentor BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians

• Analyze client data to refine treatment plans

• Work with families to enhance therapy effectiveness

• Keep accurate records in line with professional guidelines

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Current BCBA certification

• Strong leadership capabilities

• Commitment to high-quality and ethical ABA services
