Overview
Responsible for delivering exceptional body treatments and customized massage services that enhance the overall guest experience. Create a welcoming, relaxing, and professional environment. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, safety, and client care to ensure guest comfort and well‑being.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all appointments booked and paperwork.

Check schedule as times may have changed during the day.

Be ready to work in the Massage department at least 20 minutes before the first scheduled appointment at 4 pm and 8:15 pm, with all necessary paperwork completed.

Be on call minimum two days a week.

Lead guests through a 30‑minute stretch routine in the morning on scheduled days. If unable to conduct the stretch class, provide minimum 24‑hour written notice to the Fitness & Massage Manager and confirm in writing that you will be taking over the class.

Handle all paperwork, including logging notes on all massages given, invoicing, and submitting invoices for guest signatures at the time of massage to the front desk the same night. Keep track of hours and rates to be handed in bi‑monthly.

Maintain a clean work environment, refill personal oil containers as needed.

Set up Chalets during the day when guests are away for any scheduled Chalet massage that day.

Act in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Submit hours to the Massage Supervisor on Friday each week before 8 pm.

Dress professionally: black pants (opaque tights allowed), plain black t‑shirt (no spaghetti straps, tank tops, or cleavage), black shoes/runners. Wear vest and name tag over clinic attire. No denim or provocative clothing.

Qualifications

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) preferred.

Experience evaluating and adjusting treatments.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to complete daily administrative tasks and maintain an orderly work environment.

Availability to lead morning stretch classes.

Polished presentation and high level of grooming.

Proven ability to work in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Strong interpersonal skills, organization, and attention to detail.

Attributes include personal integrity, self‑motivation, and a persuasive, positive personal image.

Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.

High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.

Compensation
Commission based position.
