You will play a critical role in ensuring that residents receive advocacy and tailored support, contributing positively to their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid residents with bathing and personal hygiene needs

• Provide assistance with dressing and meal service

• Advocate for residents and their families

• Collaborate with the clinical care team for quality focus

• Manage mobility aids and assist with transfers

Requirements:

• Registered with CLHA for Alberta

• Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities

• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check

• Engage collaboratively within a healthcare environment
