Position: SE Health Care Aide - Flexible Schedule

We are looking for a Health Care Aide to join SE Health’s compassionate team, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. In this position, you’ll assist with daily living activities, provide medication support, and maintain care documentation.

Your role is crucial in ensuring residents feel at home and supported in their daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hospitality model service and personal care to residents

• Assist with medication administration per resident care plans

• Report any significant resident condition changes to nursing staff

• Provide light housekeeping and recreational assistance

• Maintain daily charting within our documentation system

Requirements:

• CLHA Registered Health Care Aide certification

• Updated immunization record essential

• Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check required

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Physical capability for demanding tasks, including lifting
