Covenant Care is seeking a Health Care Aide to uphold our mission of serving the whole person. In this role, you will assist residents with personal care, social support, and recreational activities. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality is crucial to fostering a respectful atmosphere for all residents while adhering to our high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs

• Provide social support and engage in recreational activities

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

• Promote individual choice, dignity, and spirituality

Requirements:

• Completed recognized Health Care Aide Certificate

• Enrollment in the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred

• Fluent in English;
French is an asset

• Vaccination required for communicable diseases
