• Assist with daily living activities for residents

• Deliver personal care services that promote resident choice

• Support meal delivery, housekeeping, and recreation programs

• Engage residents in social and therapeutic group activities

• Model Age Care values in all interactions

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Health Care Assistant program

• Registered with the BC Care Aide Registry

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

• Genuine interest in the well-being of seniors

• Previous experience in a care setting preferred
