Amica Senior Lifestyles is expanding its team of dedicated Health Care Aides, referred to as Resident Care Partners. This full-time position requires a commitment to providing top-notch care for seniors in a personalized and engaging environment. You’ll foster relationships with residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents with daily activities and personal care

• Facilitate engagement and dining support for seniors

• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their loved ones

• Provide a compassionate and attentive care experience

Requirements:

• Graduate from an HCA/PSW program or nursing student

• Registration with BC Care Aide registry in good standing

• Ability to complete Vulnerable Sector Check

• First Aid, CPR/AED Certificate

• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
