Licensed Clinical Director for NFI Massachusetts

Location: South Central Saskatchewan (Fort Qu'Appelle)

Lead clinical programming at NFI Massachusetts Inc. as a Licensed Clinical Director. Oversee youth-focused therapeutic services at the Milestones Program in Wilmington, MA.

As part of a dedicated team at NFI Massachusetts, you will provide full oversight and implementation for our clinical services. This role requires direct supervision of staff and collaboration on treatment plans to address emotional disturbances and behavioral issues for youth ages 13-18. Your leadership will guide the quality of care in a therapeutic emergency residence setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee clinical services and implementations

• Supervise program clinicians and support professional development

• Assess new referrals and manage testing processes

• Develop individual treatment plans collaboratively

• Ensure compliance with clinical record regulations

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field

• Independent license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) required

• Experience with adolescents and crisis management

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
