Environmental Services Worker

Position: ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES WORKER
Location: Omineca and Yellowhead (Smithers)

Overview   We are currently looking for a hard working and dedicated Environmental Services Worker to fill a position at the Nats’oojeh Hospital and Health Centre. In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, this position performs a variety of environmental services duties throughout the facility.

Maintains clean and disinfected conditions in areas such as patient/resident/client rooms, Operating Rooms, Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory, Labour and Delivery Rooms, washrooms, corridors, hallways, lounges, offices, and common areas used by staff, visitors and patients/residents/clients as established in Northern Health Regional Environmental Services Policies and Processes.

Operating Rooms
Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory areas
Labour and Delivery Rooms
Washrooms
Corridors and hallways
Lounges and offices
Common areas used by staff, visitors, and patients/residents/clients
Shift   Evenings — 15:00 to 23:00, rotating
