This Surgical Processor role involves following aseptic principles and Universal Precautions to reduce Hospital Acquired Infections. You will be responsible for the quality assurance testing of all surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring efficient operation and reporting any issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sterilize and reassemble surgical instruments effectively

• Conduct thorough quality assurance and testing protocols

• Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure safety

• Report equipment malfunctions to your supervisor

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Device Reprocessing program

• HSPA or CSA certification required

• Strong attention to detail in technical processes

• Understanding of Universal Precautions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
