Westview Hospital is looking for an experienced Respiratory Therapist I to join its Emergency Department. This role is ideal for RTs seeking flexibility while making a significant impact on patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patients and developing respiratory care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' respiratory conditions

• Create and implement effective respiratory care plans

• Utilize diagnostic tools and therapeutic equipment

• Train healthcare staff on respiratory best practices

• Assist in inpatient respiratory care in acute settings

Requirements:

• Active registration or eligibility with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Alberta

• Relevant experience in respiratory therapy

• Ability to work collaboratively in team settings

• Strong patient education focus

• Comfort in a dynamic environment
