Position: Radiological Technologist at Vancouver Coastal Health

This role offers a chance to be part of the General Radiology team, providing essential diagnostic radiographs and collaborating closely with radiologists and physicians. You'll uphold recommended safety principles and document procedures meticulously, fostering a culture of excellence in health care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce diagnostic radiographs and conduct imaging procedures

• Collaborate with Radiologists on patient imaging requirements

• Ensure adherence to CAMRT standards and safety protocols

• Monitor equipment performance and patient conditions

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of examination rooms

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Medical Radiography program

• CAMRT certification in Radiological Technology

• Membership eligibility with Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists

• Knowledge of radiological technology practices and theories

• Experience in patient-centred care and aseptic techniques
