As a key member of Life Labs, you will greet patients, guide them through the specimen collection, and perform essential tests like phlebotomies and ECGs.

Your role will foster critical connections with patients while maintaining the integrity of their data and ensuring adherence to health protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and explain the collection process clearly

• Conduct phlebotomies and ECG testing procedures

• Carry out special test collections and document results

• Respond to client requests and foster good relationships

• Prepare and transport specimens for analysis

Requirements:

• Preferably a graduate from a Laboratory Assistant program

• Phlebotomy experience is beneficial

• ECG training is a plus

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Strong commitment to patient confidentiality
