Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and evaluation of the Quality, Risk, and Patient Safety Strategy

• Support compliance with risk management and regulatory standards

• Oversee incident reporting systems and safety initiatives

• Guide performance measurement and analytics efforts

• Champion organization-wide engagement in accreditation processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field

• Minimum 7 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience

• Expertise in quality improvement and risk management

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
