Join Life Labs as a Lab Patient Technician and play a crucial role in patient care through effective specimen collection and management. This casual position requires a commitment to various shifts from early morning to late afternoon on weekdays.

As a Lab Patient Technician, you'll greet patients, collect specimens, and ensure correct test protocols are followed. You’ll also conduct ECG tracings and maintain exceptional communication with clients.

This role offers flexibility in travel to different Patient Service Centers based on operational needs, while adhering to strict privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and gather necessary information

• Perform phlebotomies and ECG tracings as needed

• Conduct and document special test collections

• Maintain long-term client relationships

• Prepare specimens efficiently for transportation

Requirements:

• Preferred graduate from an approved Laboratory Assistant program

• Experience in phlebotomy is a plus

• Strong communication and computer skills required

• Excellent patient service and empathy abilities

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in patient care
