Health Program Representative Specialist

Drive effective workload management as an Evaluation Workload Specialist with the Minnesota Department of Health. This full-time role allows for hybrid work while ensuring regulatory compliance and fair workload distribution.

As a vital member of the Health Regulation Division, you will coordinate evaluations and incident investigations. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workload selection and assignment for evaluations

• Ensure equitable distribution across health programs

• Collaborate with Licensing and Enforcement teams

• Develop and maintain effective scheduling processes

• Monitor timelines and workload balance

Requirements:

• One year of experience with regulated health care providers

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

• Ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively

• Professional communication during challenging situations.
