Senior Executive/ Clinical Research Coordinator (Pharmacy)
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive / Clinical Research Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and administration of research, digital health, and healthcare innovation projects. The primary responsibility of the role is project and grant management, including coordination of multidisciplinary stakeholders, tracking project milestones and deliverables, supporting governance and reporting requirements, and ensuring successful execution of project objectives.

The incumbent will also support quality management and regulatory activities by maintaining project documentation, coordinating risk management processes, and contributing to validation and verification activities for digital health and AI-enabled solutions. Depending on project needs, the role may assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to evaluate system performance, reliability, and implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project and grant activities, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, meetings, and reporting requirements.

Liaise with clinicians, researchers, pharmacists, IT teams, vendors, external collaborators, and institutional stakeholders to support project execution.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting records, progress reports, SOPs, validation records, governance submissions, and grant reports.

Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including document control, traceability, risk management documentation, change management, and audit readiness.

Coordinate regulatory, ethics, data governance, cybersecurity, procurement, and institutional approval processes where required.

Support testing, validation, and deployment activities for digital health and AI-enabled solutions.

Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to assess system performance, reliability, safety, and implementation outcomes.

Prepare presentations, publications, reports, and other dissemination materials as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Experience in project coordination, research administration, healthcare innovation, quality management, healthcare IT, or related fields is preferred.

Familiarity with research governance, quality management systems, healthcare technologies, digital health, AI, or data analytics would be advantageous.
