Location: Western Alberta (Jasper)

Become a Respiratory Therapist I with AHS at Westview Health Centre. Engage in patient care, implement respiratory therapies, and work alongside clinical experts in this part-time role.

As a Respiratory Therapist I, your primary responsibility will be assessing and implementing personalized respiratory therapy plans. Collaborating with clinical teams, you will monitor patient progress and provide essential training to health care providers. Educating patients and families on disease management is a vital part of this position, aimed at improving health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient respiratory needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Collaborate with teams for optimal clinical outcomes

• Train healthcare staff on respiratory care equipment

• Educate patients about medications and treatments

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Alberta

• Successful completion of a criminal record check
