Shared Health in Brandon, MB, is hiring a Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) to support the Westman Laboratory, Specimen Procurement unit. The MLA will assist with sample triaging, accessioning and processing, and may perform basic procedures per protocols.
Phlebotomy is required under department policy, with emphasis on accuracy and safety. The successful candidate will work in a patient-centered lab environment, contributing to quality assurance and compliance with provincial guidelines.
