Radiological Technologist at Shared Health

Location: South Interlake (MacGregor)

Become a key member of the Diagnostic Imaging team at Shared Health in Portage la Prairie, performing crucial radiology duties. This casual, in-person position requires delivering patient care and supporting diverse medical functions.

As a General Duty Radiology Technologist, you will work under the supervision of the Charge Medical Technologist, providing direct patient care while adhering to provincial and professional guidelines. Key responsibilities include maintaining quality standards and ensuring a safe environment. Prior experience is preferred, and certification by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned diagnostic duties in radiology

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance programs

• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team

• Maintain patient care and operational support

• Follow policies and procedures for safe practices

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Medical Radiography program

• Active CAMRT registration required

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in teams
