This role is a part time float position on the Victoria Communities Team, with guaranteed hours and the potential for up to 37.5 hours per week. As you perform crucial tasks like phlebotomies and maintain client relationships, you will directly contribute to accurate diagnostic services. Life Labs values teamwork and effective communication in providing important healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and explain specimen collection procedures

• Perform phlebotomies and ECG tracings

• Conduct special test collections and complete documentation

• Maintain relationships by responding to inquiries

• Prepare specimens for transportation and testing

Requirements:

• Completion of a Medical Laboratory Assistant program

• Phlebotomy experience or training required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality
