Role Overview
As a Medical Assistant or LPN, you will support clinical operations by assisting providers and delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring efficient workflows within the practice.

Key Responsibilities Include

Assisting providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments

Obtaining patient histories and preparing patients for visits

Performing routine lab procedures and preparing specimens for transport to the lab

Following up on test orders and communicating results to providers and patients

Maintaining patient education materials

Creating and updating patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Maintaining medical equipment and clinical supplies

Ensuring compliance with OSHA and CLIA regulations

Performing other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications Education

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Preferred

Completion of a Medical Assistant program or related technical training

Preferred Experience

Medical Assistant experience

Licensure / Certification Required

Approved Medical Assistant Certification within six (6) months of hire OR proof of active license/certification as one of the following:

EMT (Emergency Medical Technician)

NREMT (Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician)

Paramedic

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
