Baptist Housing in White Rock, BC is seeking a Social Worker to join the multidisciplinary care team on a 0.60 FTE temporary basis. The role focuses on advocating for residents, assessing psychosocial needs, and delivering person-centred supports.
You will lead care conferences, coordinate service plans, and support health and safety within the residence, while building strong relationships with residents, families and external agencies.
