We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant with a minimum of two years in the role to join our team. At Heart Pharmacy Group, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care. Your responsibilities will include managing prescription information, assisting clients, and ensuring a seamless and efficient pharmacy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with prescription drop-offs and pickups

• Input prescription details accurately into the system

• Maintain comprehensive client profiles for care

• Support pharmacists with dispensing and labelling

• Manage inventory and assist with supply orders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a pharmacy assistant

• Familiarity with Kroll or similar pharmacy systems preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
