You'll lead program planning and execution while ensuring that activities address emotional, cognitive, and physical needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and evaluate therapeutic recreation services

• Implement engaging recreation programs and activities

• Assess residents’ interests and adjust programs accordingly

• Facilitate group and one-on-one engagement sessions

• Mentor and lead recreation team members

Requirements:

• Degree in Recreation Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or related

• ATRA registration or eligibility

• At least 3 years of experience in recreation program planning

• Leadership experience in supervision and conflict resolution

• Strong ability to motivate and connect with residents
