Position: Coordinator for Youth Health Centre Role

Join Nova Scotia Health as a Youth Health Centre Coordinator, where you will champion youth health and equity in a casual, part-time role based in Burnside.

The Youth Health Centre Coordinator will play an essential role in enhancing health outcomes for youth within the community through effective program delivery and collaboration. You will utilize your relevant health qualifications to support youth engagement initiatives, working closely with educational and health professionals to ensure comprehensive access to resources for the youth. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead youth health initiatives and informal assessments

• Navigate service pathways for youth in need

• Collaborate with schools and health stakeholders

Requirements:

• Health-related baccalaureate degree

• Three years' experience working directly with youth

• Must be registered/licensed with a health discipline

• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Competence in navigating complex health scenarios
